The National LEADER Network in the Republic of Moldova joined ELARD

On April 3, at the EU-Moldova LEADER Conference, the National LEADER Network in the Republic of Moldova submitted its application for membership of the European LEADER Association for Rural Development (ELARD).

ELARD is a nonprofit international association created to help implement LEADER / CLLD in Europe. The European LEADER Association gathers over 2,500 Local Action Groups from 26 countries, including non-EU countries which adopts and implements the LEADER methodology. We would like to remind you that the EU-Moldova LEADER Conference took place between 2 and 4 April and brought together over 500 guests from various fields – representatives of the Local Action Groups (LAGs) from the Republic of Moldova and from abroad, various institutions and organizations, interested in promoting and sharing the experience at the local and European level, such as the European Commission, the central authorities in the country and Europe, the European networks LEADER.
